1.            Situation.

A.                Enemy.  See current ISUMS.

B.                Friendly.  Remains the same.

2.            Mission.  No change.

3.            Execution.

A.                Company A (rein).  Conduct platoon combat patrol vicinity Hill 385 commencing 060500H in accordance with the operation overlay.  Conduct platoon size combat patrol from Hill 237, NW, ENE, South to checkpoint 99 and return commencing 060100H,  see operations overlay.

B.                Company B (rein).  Assist in the defense of CP.  Provide twenty man working party to BSA on 6 June.  Coordinate with S-1.  Provide working party for CP defense improvement.  Coordinate with Hqtrs Cmdt.  Provide liaison officer to district headquarters.  Depart 051600H.  Briefing by S-3/S-2 at 051430H.  Be prepared to relieve Company C in place on Hill 410 with two platoons on 7 June.

C.                Company C (rein).  Provide one platoon to CP to assist in CP defense.  Lift from LZ Falcon to LZ Robin commencing 060730H.  Conduct platoon combat patrol from present position to 700 meters NE of checkpoint 110 commencing 060600H in accordance with the operation overlay.  Be prepared to be believed by Company B on June.

D.                Company D (rein).  Conduct a platoon size extended combat patrol commencing 060200H form present position south within TAOR, see operation overlay.  Select, clear and mark LZ in accordance with standard assigned code for resupply vicinity of checkpoint 99.  Notify this headquarters as to color of smoke and estimated time of resupply mission.  Further orders for continuing patrol will be issued at that time.  Estimated time of completion of patrol 071500H.  Leave packs and excessive equipment at Company CP.  Keep this headquarters informed at all times of progress of patrol.  Hourly reports required.  Helo lift one platoon from LZ Robin to LZ Wren 1 at 061000H.

E.                H&S Company.  Continue improvement of CP defense.  Provide liaison officer to district headquarters.  Depart 061600H.  Briefing by S-3/S-2 at 061430H.

F.                 Attached Units.

1.                  1st Plat, Co B, 3d Recon Bn.  Conduct reconnaissance patrol in SE portion of TAOR commencing 060700H.  Report on trafficability of roads and trails, possible helo landing sites and local populace activity vicinity Route shown on overlay.  Vehicular transportation to be provided to  IP and for Pickup on return about 061700H.

2.                  1st Plat, Co B, 3d AT Bn.  Continue coordinating work on road towards Hill 213.  Assist in CP Defense.

3.                  1st Plat, Co C, 3d TK Bn.  Continue indirect fire training and PN checks of vehicles.  Assist in CP Defense.

G.                Coordinating Instructions.

1.                  Insure radio operators follow correct radio procedure and utilize correct call signs.  All messages for 1st Bn, 4th Marines are sent to Pied Piper.  Do not use number of letter suffix unless wanting to speak to a specific individual.  (i.e. Pied Piper 6 or 3, etc.).

2.                  Previous issued instructions remain in effect.

3.                  Operation overlay.

4.            Administration and Logistics.  No change.

5.            Command and Communications/Electronics.  No change.
