4.                  Submit detailed after-action reports within ten (10) hours after engagement.

5.                  Emergency helo evac request must contain the following information:

a.            GC of landing zone.

b.            Manner of marking zone.  (use smoke)

c.            Number of evacs and type.  (2 Marines, 1 PF, etc.)

d.            Extent of injuries.  (Critical, serious, minor, etc.)

6.                  Follow up report of emergency evacs ASAP to include:

a.            Name, rank and serial number (if known).

b.            Circumstances causing injury.

7.                  Initial reports of enemy contact will contain the following information.

a.            Units location (GC).

b.            Where fire is coming from (GC).

c.            Type of fires (small arms, mortar, artillery, etc.).

d.            Type and number of weapons, if known.  (MG, automatic weapons, grenades, etc.).

8.                  Submit detailed report of enemy contact ASAP.

9.                  Report WIA’s and KIA’s by number and type: (WIA’s 1 Marine, 2 PF’s, 3 civilians, etc.)  Paragraph 5 and 6 apply.

4.            Administration and Logistics.  No change.

5.            Command and Communications/Electronics.  No change.
