            A.            Company A (rein).

1.                  Conduct patrols as assigned.  (Patrol overlay).

2.                  Be prepared to conduct company combat patrol on 29 June.

B.            Company B (rein).

1.                  Conduct patrols as assigned.  (Patrol overlay)

2.                  Provide one platoon as helo lifted fast reaction force commencing 280700H in support of Company C (-).

3.                  Company (-) as helo lifted fast reaction force in support of Company A on 29 June.

C.                Company C (rein).

1.                  Conduct Company (-) combat patrol.  (Operation overlay).

2.                  Attach FAC team and Recon team #4.

3.                  Flame Section and one (1) squad of engineers on call.

4.                  2 CAS on station 280700H to 280800H with 250 lbs. Bombs, napalm and 20mm cannon.

5.                  2 CAS on five (5) minute alert commencing 280800 with napalm and mixed ordnance.

6.                  LZ prep by 105mm howitzer from 280645H to 280700H.

7.                  4 HU1E’s as helo escort.

8.                  8 man helicopter loads.

9.                  3d platoon (rein) lift from Regimental LZ commencing 280700H to LZ GROUSE.  Conduct combat patrol to Hill 69 GC 468069.  (Operation overlay).  Lift from LZ vicinity Hill 69 approximately 281430H and return to Regimental LZ.

10.             1^st Platoon with Recon team #4 attached (guides) leave by foot from Hill 69 GC 469068 to establish blocking position by 280645H.  (Operation Overlay).  Return to assigned defensive positions upon completion of mission.

D.                Company D (rein).

1.                  Conduct patrols as assigned.  (Patrol overlay).

E.                H&S Company.

1.                  Flame section and engineer squad on call commencing 280700H.

F.                 Attached/Supporting Units.

1.                  1^st Plat, Co B, 3d Recon Bn.

a.            Attach Recon team #4 to Company C on 27 June.  Act as guides for 1^st Platoon on 28 June.  Upon completion of mission establish OP on Hill 69.

b.            Conduct platoon (-) recon patrol as assigned.  (Operation overlay).

c.            Coordinate helo lift out and return with Company C.

2.                  Det, 1^st Plat, Co B, 3d Engr Bn.  Helo lift on order to site designated with demolitions to destroy caves, traps and emplacements.

3.                  Btry H, 3/12.  Prep fires on landing zone GROUSE from 280645H to 280700H.  Be prepared to fire missions in support of Company C.

4.                  Other Attachments.  No change.

G.                Coordinating Instructions.

1.                  Continue to improve fighting positions.
