A.                Company A (rein).

1.                  Conduct patrols as assigned.

2.                  Finalize plans for sweep of Hill 51 GC 445065 on 1 July.

3.                  Be prepared to conduct joint operation with Company B on peninsula GC 445110 on 3 July.  Report to S-3 at 291400H with recommended plans and briefing.

B.                Company B (rein).

1.                  Company B (-) conduct sweep of island centered GC 498140.

2.                  Six (6) LVT’s in direct support.

3.                  TOD: 300630H from vicinity GC 533082.

4.                  Land on west and of island vicinity GC 4714.

5.                  Sweep island west to east towards Popular Forces blocking position vicinity GC 495142.

6.                  Be prepared on order, to extend sweep to eastern and of island.

7.                  On order effect pickup by LVT’s at a location to be designated by CO, Company B.  Return to assigned defensive position.

8.                  Be prepared to conduct joint operation with Company A on peninsula GC 445110 on 3 July.  Report to S-3 at 291400H with recommended plans and briefing.

C.                Company C (rein).

1.                  Provide one platoon as helo lifted fast reaction force in support of Company B.

2.                  Be prepared to conduct operations as directed.

D.                Company D (rein).

1.                  Conduct patrols as assigned.

2.                  Finalize plans for sweep and clear operation with Popular Forces in village of Long Binh GC 505071 on 2 July.  1^st Plat, Co C, 3d Tnk Bn, in direct support.

E.                H&S Company.  No change.

F.                 Attached/Supporting Units.

1.                  1^st Plat, Co B, 3d Recon Bn.  No change.

2.                  1^st Plat, Co C, 3d Tnk Bn.  Be prepared to provide direct support of Company D on 2 July.  Assist in seep of village of Long Binh.  Coordinate with Company D.

3.                  1^st Plat, Co B, 3d AT Bn.  Conduct training of heavy section to include formation driving, selection of firing positions, driver training, crew drill and moving target acquisition in Tank maneuver area vicinity GS 5102.  Maintain positive communications on Battalion Tactical Net.

4.                  Det, Co A, 1^st AmTrac Bn.

a.                  Provide six (6) tractors in direct support of Company B.

b.                  Depart staging area GC 533082 at 300630H.

c.                  Beach tractors vicinity GS 4714.

d.                  Patrol western end of island from GC 476147 to GC 471136 to seal off possible enemy escape routes.

e.                  On order, effect pickup and return of Company B at a location to be designated by CO, Company B.

5.                  Junk Force.  Patrol north and south of island GC 498140 to seal off possible enemy escape routes commencing 300630H.

G.                Coordinating Instructions.

1.                  Continue improvement of defensive positions.

2.                  Patrol overlays and plans submitted are recommendations only.  Check Frag Orders thoroughly for detailed orders and instructions.

3.                  Insure land line and radio checks are conducted as required.

4.                  Acknowledge receipt of all frag orders over land line or radio.
