1. Summary of Significant Events. Companies B & D commenced helo operations at 260615H. Companies preparing to sweep Hill 51 on order.
2. Operational Summary.
A. No casualties.
B. No weapons captured.

D. Detailed Summary.
1. Co A, defensive position remains the same. Co A ----- established an ambush vicinity 4760xx. Negative contact. Presently located at 489107. Continuing patrol.
2. Co B, continued improving defensive position. Co B (-) commenced helo lift 260645 and landed in LZ Sandpiper 428085 260700H. Company -- delayed H&S along road located GC 422088. Received two rounds of sniper fire from GC 423093.
3. Co C, continues to maintain combat outpost on Hill 69 GC 468068. Platoon roadblock/checkpoint maintained GC 498066. One squad continue s to improve defensive position on north end of the air field. Co CP remains the same.
4. Co D, defensive positions along the purchased land boundary remain the same. Co D (-) helo lifted to LZ Bobwhite 433006 at 260615H. Moved on Objective ‘R’ and secured same at 260731H. Received 8 rounds of sniper fire. Have two VCS. Company sweeping NNW along trail from GC 427086.
5. Artillery fired H&I fires during the period. 81mm mortar registered and fired two rounds of illumination.
