1.         Summary Significant Events.  Battalion continued to improve on defensive positions with Engineers blowing holes for defensive positions.  Two morning patrols out.  Squad patrol from Co D picked up two Vietnamese without ID.  Battalion CP defensive perimeter was consolidated with the movement of the tactical CP.

2.         Company A (rein).  There was no patrolling during the morning hours.

3.         Company B (rein).  One squad patrol with departure time of 0700H was postponed.  One squad patrol left at 1030H (see overlay).  Has not returned.

4.         Company C (rein) Continues to man outpost on Hill 69 and at bridge (GC 497067).  3^rd platoon remains the battalion fast reaction platoon with one squad continuing to provide security at air field.

5.         Company D (rein).  One squad (see overlay) departed at 0600H on patrol and returned at 1000H.  No enemy contact.  Picked up two Vietnamese (one old man and one old woman) at 523060.

6.         1^st Platoon, B Recon.  Continued to provide security for Bn CP.
