Meeting April/March 69. Woman Agriculture Association Phu Than (VC). 14 members present. Meeting was to elect Chairman of the Association and to introduce representatives of VC, and to tell success of winter/spring crop.
Meetings will be held every 15th of the month if the weather permits at night time in the village. Each meeting has an OP outside village (Phu Than – YD040445).
Transportation 4 days and 7 more days. Buy food for troops (VC) political circle but they haven’t been interfered with so the meeting continue and the people don’t have to complain.
Twelve people were in the political class. Three came to visit the patient and offer 55 packs of cigarettes, 15 packets of sugar, 100 cans of milk, 1 packet of coffee, 6 bars of soap, 10 cans of candy, 4 more bars of sugar, 55 cans of flour, and 1 sewing kit.
The Plan. To plant more bananas and rice and prepare farm for bean growing.
Security Cadres. Of C-16 (Transportation Group) salt and 1 sandbag of big batteries, 5 small batters, 1 record book and 1 paper signed by Nguyen Ouy VY.
Another meeting of the 2nd cell, farmers association: Monthly meetings at Phu Than, 4 April 1969. Purpose to recapitulate report of monthly output. How many potatoes and crops grown? Meeting was held by Dap and Dau (secretary).
